BOOKING POLICy
!!!PLEASE READ MY POLICY BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT!!!
- If you can NOT make your appointment, please give a 48 hour notice to get a PARTIAL refund.
- Same Day style change is to be communicated before style start and also have to align with the style you picked before OR Notify me 24hours to your appointment time by sending the new style image or text me.
- Writing "I want extra length" in the box doesn't guarantee you will get it, you have to add it on when booking the appointment. if it is not showing kindly text me.
- Please come to your appointment with your hair properly washed and blown out, however, you can also book a shampoo and blow out service for an additional price with your service.
- Hair is included in your total cost, although I will allow you to bring your own hair. If you choose to bring your own hair this is the brand I prefer to use (Outre Pre-stretched braiding) hair is required for most braiding services. Please ask how many packs you will need for the service you pick. $10 will be deducted from your total cost if you bring your own hair. Hair shouldn't be longer than 52"
- If you are going to be late kindly text me.
- There is a $10-$200 deposit required after booking your appointment, (depending on your service) this amount goes towards your total cost. Payment Methods is Zelle and Cashapp. CASH is preferred for the remaining balance.
- We have option of paying with credit cards or booking with credit card, the website is a third party one kindly note that charges will be on that.
- Pictures and Videos might be taken/recorded. kinda let me know if you don't want to be on camera.
